The University of California at Santa Barbara is inviting applications for a postdoctoral research position to participate in a multi-disciplinary, cross-cutting research project to
develop nanofluidic channels for DNA and protein hybridization, kinetics, and separations. The applicant must have a doctoral degree in engineering, physics or a related field.
Experience in microscopy and micro-fabrication are desirable. The position is awarded initially for a 1-year period, and may be renewed in 1- year increments for a maximum of
two additional years. The position is available immediately. Interested individuals should send their CV and a list of three references (with e-mail addresses and telephone numbers) to Professor S. Requirements:
Doctoral degree in engineering or physics or related field. Significant experimental
