水利部 交通运输部 国家能源局南京水利科学研究院建院90周年系列活动之第三届“一带一路”国家大坝安全科普宣讲大赛开始报名啦！

The 3rd Contest of Dam Safety Science Popularization for BRI Countries—NHRI’s 90th Anniversary Event is now open!



本届大赛的主题是“更好的大坝，更好的生活”。通过分享各国大坝安全管理技术创新和优秀实践案例，增强从业人员的大坝安全管理意识，并提高公众对大坝安全管理的认知水平，同时搭建水利科普工作者交流知识与经验、分享最新研究成果的平台。快来加入我们，分享你知道的大坝故事！大赛将于2025年9月15日在南京举办，期待你的参与。

Under the theme “Better Dam, Better Life”, this year’s contest will share technological innovations and outstanding practical cases in dam safety management from various countries to raise the awareness of dam safety management among industrial practitioners and the public in BRI countries. Simultaneously, the contest serves as a platform for water science communicators to exchange knowledge and experiences, as well as share the latest research findings. Come join us and share dam stories with us! The event will be held on September 15, 2025, in Nanjing. We look forward to your participation!

参赛流程 Procedures1



演讲选题应围绕安全大坝、生态大坝、智能大坝和大坝与生活四大方向，用通俗易懂的语言讲述大坝的相关知识，并分享大坝给你的生活带来的改变。

Structure your speech around four key topics, safe dam, eco-friendly dam, intelligent dam, and dam and life, to explain dam-related knowledge in simple and easy-to-understand language, and share how dams have impacted your life.

完成报名，填写个人和选题信息

Complete online registration, filling in personal and topic information.

提交演讲ppt，格式要求采用16:9宽高比设计、使用1280×720或1920×1080像素标准分辨率，且所有图文元素需适配宽屏布局。

Submit presentation slides in the following format: aspect ratio of 16:9 and resolution of 1280×720 or 1920×1080 pixels with all graphics and text fitting widescreen display.

提交演讲稿，内容要求涉及的知识、信息真实准确；演讲稿逻辑流畅且无明显语法错误；演讲内容积极向上。

Submit the speech script with genuine and correct knowledge and ideas; clear logic without obvious English grammatical mistakes; and positive and constructive messaging.

通过演讲内容初评后，参加线下演讲比赛。

Participate in offline contest after slide and script content review.
