1月20日，由布基纳法索驻华大使馆、亚太贸易协定工商会联合主办的2025“一带一路”驻华大使新春联谊会在北京举行。40多个国家的驻华使节和中国500强企业代表、大中型企业代表、全国各商协会代表、各地驻京办代表、专家学者代表齐聚一堂，共话“一带一路”文化交流与合作。亚太贸易协定工商会总部主席王燕国代表主办单位致辞。以下为中英文致辞全文：

尊敬的布基纳法索驻华大使阁下，外交部代表钱韵磊女士，尊敬的与会各位驻华大使，各位外交官，各位中外嘉宾，女士们，先生们，朋友们大家晚上好。

祥龙辞旧，金蛇送福。在2025年蛇年春节前夕，我们非常荣幸的与布基纳法索驻华大使馆联合举办这次“一带一路”驻华大使新春联谊会。首先，请允许我代表亚太贸易协定工商会，向各位的到来，表示最热烈的欢迎和最诚挚的新年祝福！
大家知道，第68届联合国大会，一致通过将中国春节定为联合国法定假日。就在前不久，联合国科教文组织正式批准将中国春节列入《人类非物质文化遗产名录》。这些，不仅体现了中国春节文化的独特魅力，更象征着世界对中国文化的高度认可和尊重，进一步巩固了中国春节在世界文化宝库中的重要地位。中国春节，这个蕴含着丰富文化内涵，承载着中华民族千年情感传承的节日，如今，已经成为世界人们共享的文化瑰宝。
今天的“一带一路”驻华大使新春联谊会具有特殊的意义。“一带一路”倡议，犹如一架绚丽缤纷的彩虹，自提出以来，在广袤的世界版图上，编织着共同发展，共同繁荣的锦绣画卷。这一伟大倡议，以政策沟通，设施联通，贸易畅通，资金融通，民心相通为主要内容，体现了共商、共建、共享的原则，为沿线国家和地区，提供了前所未有的发展机遇，也为增进各国人民之间的友谊，搭建了稳定坚实的合作桥梁。
亚太贸易协定工商会作为联合国亚洲及太平洋经济与社会委员会及亚太部长理事会正式批准并官宣的区域多边国际组织，成立以来，致力于促进亚太地区乃至更广泛区域的贸易合作与经济发展。落实贸易便利化，投资自由化并积极推动世界数贸组织的建立和世界创新组织亚太及中国总部的落地。今天，我们将在这里举行《亚太贸易协定工商会外交官文化交流中心》启动仪式，这是我会参与并服务国际社会的重要举措。
外交官文化交流中心的成立，对于使领馆和各位外交官来说，将是一个更加深入、多元展示本国优秀文化，深入了解中国文化及其他国家的文化精髓的交流平台。对于中国企业及社会各界来说，这个平台将为大家提供更多与国际友人交流互动的机会。能够更加直接的与各国大使和外交官对话。这对于拓展国际视野，寻找国际合作机会，推动中国与世界各国的共同发展具有重要价值。
最后，再次感谢布基纳法索驻华大使馆与我们共同举办此次盛会。再一次祝愿大家：中国蛇年春节快乐！让我们祝福：新的一年里，各国之间的友谊，如同春花绽放， 多姿多彩；贸易合作，如同江河奔腾，源源不断；文化交流，如同繁星闪烁，熠熠生辉。

Your Excellency, the Ambassador of Burkina Faso to China, Division Chief Qian Yunlei of the Africa Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, distinguished ambassadors to China, diplomats, honored guests from China and abroad, ladies and gentlemen, friends, good evening.

As the auspicious dragon bids farewell and the golden snake brings blessings, we are honored to jointly host the Belt and Road Ambassador Spring Reception with the Embassy of Burkina Faso in China on the eve of the Chinese New Year of the Snake in 2005. First, please allow me to extend the warmest welcome and the most sincere New Year greetings to everyone on behalf of the Asia-Pacific Trade Agreement Chamber of Commerce and Industry (APTA CCI)!
As you may know, the 68th United Nations General Assembly unanimously adopted the Chinese New Year as a UN official holiday. Recently, UNESCO officially approved the inclusion of the Chinese New Year in the List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. These recognitions not only highlight the unique charm of the Chinese New Year culture but also symbolize the world's high recognition and respect for Chinese culture, further solidifying the Chinese New Year’s important position in the world's cultural treasure trove. The Chinese New Year, rich in cultural connotations and carrying the emotional inheritance of the Chinese nation for thousands of years, has now become a cultural gem shared by people worldwide.
Today's Belt and Road Ambassador Spring Reception holds special significance. The Belt and Road Initiative, like a magnificent rainbow, has since its inception woven a splendid tapestry of common development and prosperity on the vast world map. This great initiative, with policy coordination, infrastructure connectivity, unimpeded trade, financial integration, and closer people-to-people ties as its main contents, embodies the principles of extensive consultation, joint contribution, and shared benefits, providing unprecedented development opportunities for countries and regions along the route and building a stable and solid bridge for cooperation and friendship among peoples.
As a regional multilateral international organization officially approved and announced by the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP) and the Asia-Pacific Ministers' Council, APTA CCI has been committed to promoting trade cooperation and economic development in the Asia-Pacific region and beyond since its establishment. We work to facilitate trade, liberalize investments, and actively promote the establishment of the World Digital Trade Organization and the launch of the World Innovation Organization's Asia-Pacific and China headquarters. Today, we will hold the launching ceremony of the Diplomat Cultural Exchange Center of APTA CCI, which is a significant measure for us to engage with and serve the international community.
The establishment of the Diplomat Cultural Exchange Center will be an in-depth and diverse platform for embassies, consulates, and diplomats to showcase their countries' excellent cultures, deeply understand Chinese culture and the essence of other countries' cultures. For Chinese enterprises and various sectors of society, this platform will provide more opportunities to interact and engage with international friends, enabling more direct dialogues with ambassadors and diplomats from various countries. This is of great value for expanding international perspectives, seeking international cooperation opportunities, and promoting the common development of China and countries worldwide.
Finally, I would like to thank the Embassy of Burkina Faso in China once again for co-hosting this grand event with us. Once again, I wish everyone a happy Chinese New Year of the Snake! Let's hope that in the new year, the friendship between countries will bloom like spring flowers, vibrant and colorful; trade cooperation will flow like rivers, continuous and unceasing; cultural exchanges will shine like stars, bright and brilliant.
