【岗位名称】物流操作专员

【工作地点】Hamburg

【工作内容】

·        根据客户需求进行国际货运的准备、规划和协调

·        根据订单指令操作订舱，清关，派送等工作

·        给客户提供物流解决方案及建议，维护客户关系

·        联系供应商获取报价，及供应商关系维护

【工作要求】

·        思路清晰、工作细致、执行力强，具备良好的沟通能力

·        具有团队合作意识、认真，责任心强

·        德语、英语听说读写流利

·        熟练掌握办公软件

·        有海运相关经验者优先

·        物流类、供应链类相关专业优先

【岗位名称】物流运作经理

【工作地点】Hamburg

【工作内容】   

·        根据客户需求提供优化物流运输方案，清关及报关专业意见，负责项目客户的运营全流程管  理，实现任务完成率，客户增长率稳定增长。

·        与客户及时沟通，反馈客户意见并及时给与解决方案，维护长期稳定的客户关系

·        根据项目运作实际情况，结合运作方案与市场反馈，对业务进展提出改进建议

·        跟踪管理客户回款及结算

·        开发新客户

【职能要求】

·        本科及以上学历，物流供应链，市场营销、公共关系管理等专业优先；

·        3年以上大型物流行业管理经验；具备团队管理能力，良好的客户沟通能力和敏锐的市场洞 察能力和应变能力；

·        有责任心、事业心，具备独立解决问题能力及抗压能力

流利德语英语口语沟通能力     

·        熟练使用办公软件， Word, Excel

【岗位名称】高级财务会计

【工作地点】22113 Hamburg Billstedt

【工作内容】

·        审核月度财务报表；

·        数据统计和成本核算；

·        进出账管理，账单Mahnung处理

·        重大项目风险评估，财务控制

【工作要求】

·        会计或经济相关专业毕业或有多年的实践经验

·        有会计或统计工作经验者优先；

·        熟练使用 excel了解德国的财务软件；

·        学习能力强，工作仔细认真；

【Position】Battery Engineer

【Location】Hamburg or in Straubing

JobDescription:

• Establishand maintain customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction;
• Identifycustomer demand and feedback to relevant responsible persons timely;
• TheRE should have the ability to handle abnormal problems in customer receipt andassembly process and make preliminary judgments. 5W2H method can be used todescribe the fault, and notice the relevant responsible persons immediately;
• Ableto containment/isolate/sorting the defective products at the customer's plantaccording to the scope of risk and preliminary FA analysis;
• Reworkthe defective products in customer side in time, actively communicate with thecustomer to reduce the number of product returns;
• Followup assembly process in client facility; cooperate to solve the problem inassembly process. Identify potential risk for customer using.
• Activelyreport the products usage and be able to handle emergencies independently.
• Responsiblefor the summary of customer quality problem in the charge of the areas;
• Followup the quality problem solving process (according to customer requirements).
• Acceptexchange to different regions to assist with customer quality problems;
  

JobRequirement:

• Educationbackground in Chemistry, Materials, Mechatronic, Electronics, or related.
• Customerquality engineer experience in the automotive industry is preferred
• Understand ISO9000/TS16949/VDA etc. Quality system; understand thequality improvement tools (eg: FMEA, FTA, 8D, 6Sigma, SPC);
• Understandthe basic principles of battery operation, understand the basic characteristicsof communication failure and mechanical structure failure, understand productfailure analysis methods ;
• Familiarwith office software, with basic statistical analysis, report summary andreporting capabilities;
• GoodEnglish and German communication skills
