Of couse in germany. In china, its not enough for 2. Dont know where u live, but in MANNHEIM, in the city center, should be possible and with a small size apt, is easy to rent out. Mannheim uni here, and in ludwigshafen, there is basf, south asia institute, nurse school...

正常工薪族就是放银行或者投资基金这些了,做生意的话,这点钱不多,只能做为流动资金

下萨本来经济就不行。。。工作机会不多，薪水也不高。。。

亲，我来德多年，英文不好捏，别考我了。it is good idea to buy two small App,  but i want buy in Berlin or Hamburg , maybe too littel Money for such City.

我们这里的山林加果园，也不3000欧左右一年的租金，然后剩下的钱投资做观光农场。
