昨天继续发邮件push他们，得到回复如下：
Dear Sir or Madam,

Thank you for your inquiry.

Unfortunately, at the moment, all earlier appointments made available by
our appointment system are quickly booked out. But an appointment
through telephone, fax or email is not possible.

The visa section can only process applications according to the
available capacities. The provided number of appointments which can be
booked online are set accordingly to these capacities. If you are not
able to book an earlier appointment, this means that all possible
appointments have already been booked by others.

Further appointments cannot be made available.
