My assumption is that a English Major student will be qualified for this on the following conditions:0 w, j: b+ V$ T0 r+ R, z" N
( m3 D4 m1 q8 s9 k7 i# Y/ c
1. a professional dictionary, in case we can not google the technical terms
8 \0 T0 }1 v& ~/ }' E2. a lot of communication between translator and author
3 g( Z& @6 k# @8 z& x6 }8 e( N$ F& T" q: Q4 T, O& i
