In which cases may tickets be transferred?

Tickets may be transferred if the orderer or a spectator cannot make use of the ticket for certain generally acknowledged good reasons or in a specific case of hardship. Upon request, the reason for the ticket transfer stated in the application is to be proven in writing.

Generally acknowledged reasons are:

- orderer/spectator does not get a visa for Germany
- ban on leaving the country for orderer/spectator
- force majeure (e.g. war, earthquake, terror attacks, political unrest, epidemics, natural catastrophes)
- illness of the orderer/spectator
- death
   a) of the orderer/spectator;
   b) within the family of the of the orderer/spectator
- transfer within the family/within legally acknowledged communities of life
- case of hardship.


If you have already received your tickets or if your tickets have already been printed at the time of the application for a transfer or are already in the post, you must exchange the tickets received before entering the stadium at one of the twelve Stadium Ticket Centers of FIFA World Cup 2006™.
This is only possible in the Stadium Ticket Centers in question on days without a game. The tickets already sent to you are blocked for entry by transfer to other persons.

Only the orderer or a person authorised by him in writing is entitled to exchange the old ticket against the one issued for the new spectator. The orderer must be able to prove his identity. An attorney must produce not only the power of attorney and the ticket to be replaced, but also a copy of the orderer's identity card or passport.

If, when buying the tickets, you are asked to collect your tickets at the Stadium Ticket Center, you will automatically be given the tickets transferred to another person upon collection.

前面一段意思是需要一个合理的转让理由

后面的意思是: 如果你得到的已经打印出来的球票，你需要在没有比赛的日子去12城市的ticker centre做转让。

如果是得到确认，是准备自己去体育场拿票的话，只需要在网上的customer self service 里面进入transfer 输入转让的信息，需要本人的护照复印件和转让对象的护照，然后加上说明转让理由和授权转让的书面文字，这样转让对象就可以自己直接去tikcet centre直接拿票了。

记得我去拿票的时候，ticket centre有工作人员会发放这样的转让表格的。
对于异地的球票转让的话，个人觉得球票确认信，护照复印件和授权转让书传给对方，让对方带上本人身份证，或者护照去ticket centre就可以了。

没怎么明白.我有一张从网上刷的票,想转让,该怎么办啊.我所在的城市不是举办世界杯的城市.
我这里的同学想去,该怎么转让??

同学带上自己的身份证，加上你的护照复印件加上你的授权书，还有球票的确认信，直接去世界杯城市的ticket centre拿票

如果是拿确认信的转让对象去取票～也一定要在没有比赛的日子吗？？当天行吗？

不能确定，不过好像当天是可以的。如果是网上订的话
