Tell you what i know, just for your reference

As what I know, the visa you are applying for is just show your intention and reason to go to Germany. Within these three months, you must fullfill your intention, that's mean you must apply marriage in the Stadtamt. They will need your 单身证明和出生证明, sometimes even your parents's name certificate. and your ID card 身份证 to show your permenent residence address. all of these need to be translated into German in the translation orgnization they accepted. Once Stadtamt accepts your application, they even can help you prolong your stay if the procedure needs longer than your visa. then just wait and follow their instruction, then you will get married and then will stay together happlies forever!

i personally think it will works. because when you apply marriage, they just need your valid visa, no matter which type. since you already have one, it should work. To ensure this, you can ask your bf's family to consult their Stadtamt about this situation as soon as possible. Just say you will come over when, and with what visa and what documents, if that's all they need....etc.even it is small town, normally they would help you to get very clear info. hmmm, better fax or email all your documents over to your bf's home.

然后寄到在德国的中国大使馆认证一下
在中国结婚
你只要带上户口本
