Senior Logistics Specialist(Full-time)Location:89077 Ulm We aresincerely inviting self-motivated and eager-learning candidates tojoin our Keboda family.Job overviewWe are seeking aSenior Logistics Specialist with solid experience in Tier 1 automotive supply chains,particularly in managing logistics operations for German OEM customers.This role isresponsible for ensuring full compliance with OEM logistics standards,coordinating shipment operations, and maintaining high delivery performance.The successful candidate will act as a key interface between our plant,warehouse, and German OEM logistics teams, ensuring smooth and efficientmaterial flow while minimizing logistic risks and cost.The positionrequires strong knowledge of OEM shipping processes, EDI/ASN management,packaging regulations (VDA/KLT), and escalation handling in a fast-pacedautomotive environment.Join us and developyour experience in an international supply chain.Job DescriptionManage daily logistics operations for OEM customers and tier 1 suppliersCoaching logistic team colleagues in daily logistic operationCommunicate directly with OEM logistics departmentsFamiliar and capable of interpreting OEM logistic specification and requirementsSet up delivery process and procedures and ensure compliance with OEMlogistics standards (e.g. delivery instructions, labeling, packaging, ASN/EDIrequirements)Lead internal preparation for OEM logistic audit and assessmentsHandle urgent shipments, customer special delivery, and escalation casesWork closely with production, warehouse, and quality teamsMonitor and improve logistics KPIs of warehouse and transporter (Pickingaccuracy, OTD, cost, damage rate etc.)Support supply chain optimization projects and ad-hoc tasks.
