山海相拥的连云港,从不缺自然馈赠的清灵秀色,更藏着温暖的人情味。这份独特的城市气质,让我们始终满怀信赖与热忱,回首过往,我们与连云港的朋友们携手同行已近八载,此次已是第三次到访——既参与行业会议,更怀着真挚情谊,专程拜见这些多年并肩的合作伙伴。目前,我们与供应商已建立起中欧班列仓位预订的稳定业务往来,而此次定期回访对接,不仅进一步筑牢了中亚线路上的合作纽带,更让彼此在互联互通中联系愈发紧密。趁着这难得的相聚,我们也想带大家一同走进连云港的码头与港口,探寻这座海滨城市的发展脉动。
Lianyungang, embraced by mountains and the sea, never lacks the clear and elegant beauty bestowed by nature, but also conceals the warm human feelings that touch the heart and soul. This unique urban charm has always filled us with trust and enthusiasm. Looking back, we have been walking hand in hand with our friends in Lianyungang for nearly eight years. This is our third visit - not only to participate in industry conferences, but also with sincere friendship, we have specially paid a visit to these partners who have been by our side for many years. At present, we have established a stable business relationship with our suppliers for the reservation of China-Europe Railway Express seats. This regular follow-up visit and connection not only further strengthens the cooperation bond on the Central Asia route, but also makes our connection even closer through interconnection and communication. Taking advantage of this rare gathering, we also want to take you all into the docks and ports of Lianyungang to explore the development pulse of this coastal city.
连云港集装箱码头:
它的发展就像一部 “成长大片”:1933-1985 年是起步期,那会儿主要运煤炭和杂货,还没有集装箱业务;1986 年是关键转折点,集装箱业务正式起步,1986-2000 年进入初步发展期,运输量稳稳上涨;2000-2015 年迎来快速发展,靠港航合作、航道建设和集团整合,航线越开越多,2015 年集装箱吞吐量直接突破 400 万标箱;2016 年至今更是深化发展,有了央企整合、航线拓展,还开通了 30 万吨级航道,现在已经有 21 条航线,国内外核心港口基本都能覆盖,通航能力和服务范围肉眼可见地提升。
Its development was like a "growth blockbuster" : The period from 1933 to 1985 was the initial stage, during which coal and general cargo were mainly transported, and there was no container business yet. 1986 was a crucial turning point when the container business officially got off the track. From 1986 to 2000, it entered an initial development period, with the volume of transportation steadily increasing. From 2000 to 2015, it witnessed rapid development. Relying on port and shipping cooperation, waterway construction and group integration, more and more shipping routes were opened. In 2015, the container throughput directly exceeded 4 million TEUs. Since 2016, the development has been further deepened. With the integration of central enterprises, the expansion of shipping routes, and the opening of 300,000-ton class waterways, there are now 21 shipping routes, covering almost all core ports at home and abroad. The navigation capacity and service scope have been visibly improved.
大陆桥零公里处:
它就藏在连云港港区的集装箱码头里,坐标是 0+000KM,妥妥的新亚欧大陆桥起点!这里有座很有意义的船锚雕塑,雕塑脚下两条铁轨笔直向西延伸,一看就懂 —— 这是 “铁路与码头交汇”,更是新亚欧大陆桥和海上丝绸之路在这里 “手拉手”。1992 年 12 月 1 日,首个国际班列从这里出发驶向新亚欧大陆桥,现在这里已经成了港口的标志性打卡地,每一处都在诉说着连云港的跨境运输故事。
It is hidden in the container terminal of Lianyungang Port Area, with coordinates of 0+000 km. It's the starting point of the new Eurasian Land Bridge without any problem! Here stands a very meaningful anchor sculpture. Under the sculpture, two railway tracks extend straight westward. At a glance, it's obvious that this is the "intersection of railways and docks", and it's also the "hand in hand" of the New Eurasian Land Bridge and the Maritime Silk Road here. On December 1, 1992, the first international train departed from here for the New Eurasian Land Bridge. Now, this place has become a landmark check-in spot in the port, and every corner is telling the story of cross-border transportation in Lianyungang.
中哈(连云港)物流合作基地:
它是 “一带一路” 倡议下首个落地的实体平台项目,基地位置超优越,毗邻集装箱泊位,北边就是陇海铁路,硬件设施也超硬核:22 万平方米的集装箱堆场、1763 个集装箱位,还有两条总长 3.8 公里的铁路专用线,年最大装卸能力能到 41 万标箱。更厉害的是,这里实现了远洋干线、深水大港、内河航运、国际班列、物流场站的无缝衔接,靠数字化手段搭建了全流程物流合作体系,“船车直取零等待” 模式超高效,国际集装箱过境时间能缩短到 1 天以内,每个集装箱还能节约约 60% 的费用,这效率让人看了很佩服。
这三大核心节点,每一处都藏着连云港的物流底气。
It is the first physical platform project to be implemented under the Belt and Road Initiative. The base location is extremely advantageous, adjacent to container berths, with the Longhai Railway to the north, and the hardware facilities are also very advanced. The container yard covers an area of 220,000 square meters, has 1,763 container positions, and two dedicated railway lines with a total length of 3.8 kilometers. The annual maximum loading and unloading capacity can reach 410,000 TEUs. Even more remarkable is that here, seamless connections have been achieved among ocean trunk lines, deep-water ports, inland waterway shipping, international freight trains, and logistics stations. A full-process logistics cooperation system has been established through digital means. The "zero-waiting direct pick-up by ships and vehicles" model is highly efficient. The transit time for international containers can be shortened to less than one day, and each container can save about 60% of the cost. This efficiency is truly admirable.
These three core nodes each hold the logistics confidence of Lianyungang.

In addition, we visited many suppliers. As the first participants of the Lianyungang-Central Asia Railway Express, they have been deeply involved in the Central Asia route. We have cooperated with them for many years. They have not only accumulated strong strength in the fields of sea and road transportation, but also become highly influential industry benchmarks in the local area with their rich practical experience.
连云港的重要意义是作为新亚欧大陆桥东端起点,它手握 30 万吨级航道这样的优质基础设施,底气十足。而且连徐中欧(亚)班列集结中心获批后,把连云港港的深水航道优势和徐州铁路枢纽的陆运网络完美结合,不仅让华东区域中欧班列的集结能力大大提升,还降低了班列运行成本,连苏皖鲁豫交界地区的物流活跃度都被带动起来了。
I came to understand the significant importance of Lianyungang in the China-Europe Railway. As the eastern starting point of the New Eurasian Land Bridge, it is fully confident with high-quality infrastructure such as a 300,000-ton class waterway. Moreover, after the approval of the Lianyungang China-Europe (Asia) Freight Train Assembly Center, the deep-water channel advantages of Lianyungang Port and the land transportation network of Xuzhou Railway Hub have been perfectly combined. This not only significantly enhances the assembly capacity of China-Europe freight trains in the East China region but also reduces the operating costs of the trains. Even the logistics activity in the border areas of Jiangsu, Anhui, Shandong and Henan has been stimulated.
现在的连云港,已经构建起中亚五国、中吉乌、中俄、跨里海等 6 条国际班列线路,阿拉山口、霍尔果斯等 5 个出境口岸都能覆盖,辐射的亚洲、欧洲国际站点更是不少。
Nowadays, Lianyungang has established six international train routes, including those connecting the five Central Asian countries, China, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, China and Russia, and those crossing the Caspian Sea. Five exit ports such as Alashankou and Khorgos can all be covered, and there are also many international stations in Asia and Europe that radiate.
货源方面也越来越丰富:去程货源主要来自韩国,还有部分来自日本、东南亚、南亚,新旧汽车及配件、机械设备、电子产品、化工品都能运。
The sources of goods are also becoming increasingly abundant: the main sources of goods for the outbound journey come from South Korea, and there are also some from Japan, Southeast Asia and South Asia. Both new and old automobiles and their parts, mechanical equipment, electronic products and chemical products can be transported.
回程货源也很实在,乌兹别克斯坦的钾肥、尿素、棉浆,哈萨克斯坦的矿产品、粮食都能拉回来,过境货品种类从最初的汽车配件、电子元器件,拓展到了建材、家居、机电等好多领域,双向畅通的跨境物流格局已经形成。
The return cargo supply is also very solid. Potassium fertilizer, urea and cotton pulp from Uzbekistan, as well as mineral products and grains from Kazakhstan can all be brought back. The types of transit goods have expanded from the initial auto parts and electronic components to many fields such as building materials, home furnishings and mechanical and electrical products. A two-way smooth cross-border logistics pattern has been formed.
此外,连云港坐拥保税区与保税港口两大核心平台,凭借强大的全国货物集散与中转能力,为进出口货物搭建了高效通道。货物经区内中转后可直接走向国际市场,不仅能实现快速退税,转关后更可高效完成报关流程,大幅提升物流通关效率。
In addition, Lianyungang has two core platforms, namely the bonded zone and the bonded port. With its strong national capacity for the distribution and transshipment of goods, it has built an efficient channel for the import and export of goods. After being transshipped within the zone, the goods can directly enter the international market. This not only enables rapid tax rebates but also efficiently completes the customs declaration process after transshipment, significantly enhancing the efficiency of logistics and customs clearance.
