关税威胁频出,瑞士药企“压力山大”!

瑞士药企正遭受美国关税政策的连续冲击。
先是美国政府于7月31日公布了69个贸易伙伴输美商品适用的关税税率，其中对瑞士税率达39%，引发瑞士药企的广泛担忧。
近日，美国政府又威胁将对进口药品加征高达250%的关税，以吸引“产业回流”，还特别提到“瑞士靠制药业赚得盆满钵满”。
瑞士制药业发达，有罗氏、诺华等知名药企。药品是主要出口商品之一。
据美国媒体报道，一些瑞士药企迫于压力，已表示将在美国进行投资。但是分析人士称，医药产业链建设涉及选址、设备调试、质量控制、人员招募、环保等诸多问题，绝非一朝一夕可完成。面对多变的政策环境，企业的投资表态最终是否落地，存在很大不确定性。
同时，美国民众则将为此付出不小代价。美国机构估算，哪怕对进口药只征收25%的关税，美国药品成本每年将上涨超500亿美元。

特斯拉在英国和德国的销量下跌超55%

据媒体报道，8月5日公布的行业数据显示，美国电动汽车制造商特斯拉7月份在英国和德国的新车销量均大幅下滑。
According to media reports, industry data released on August 5 showed that Tesla, an American electric vehicle manufacturer, saw a significant decline in new car sales in both the UK and Germany in July.
英国汽车制造商与贸易商协会（SMMT）发布的数据显示，特斯拉上月新车销量从去年的 2462 辆降至987辆，降幅近60%。
Data released by the Association of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) in the UK shows that Tesla's new car sales last month dropped from 2,462 units last year to 987 units, a decline of nearly 60%.
德国联邦机动车运输管理局（KBA）的数据显示，7 月特斯拉在德国的销量降至 1110 辆，较 2024 年同期下降 55.1%。
Data from the Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA) shows that Tesla's sales in Germany dropped to 1,110 units in July, a 55.1% decrease compared to the same period in 2024.
据悉，今年1至7月，特斯拉在欧洲最大经济体的销量暴跌57.8%，至10000 辆。
From January to July this year, Tesla's sales in Europe's largest economy plunged by 57.8% to 10,000 units.
马自达预计美国关税对其本财年营业利润的影响达近10亿美元
Mazda Expects that the Impact of U.S. Tariffs on Its Operating Profit for the Fiscal Year will Reach Nearly $1 Billion
日本汽车制造商马自达8月5日表示，受美国关税政策影响，公司今年第二季度经营业绩全面下滑，归母净利润从去年同期盈利498亿日元转为亏损421亿日元（约合2.85亿美元），预计本财年营业利润将减少1452亿日元（约合9.84亿美元）。
Mazda, a Japanese automaker, said on August 5 that its operating performance in the second quarter of this year declined across the board due to the U.S. tariff policy. Its net profit attributable to shareholders turned from a profit of 49.8 billion yen in the same period last year to a loss of 42.1 billion yen (about $285 million). It is expected that its operating profit for the current fiscal year will decrease by 145.2 billion yen (about $984 million).
该公司表示，如果不采取应对措施，在截至2026年3月的财年，该公司的营业利润将面临2335亿日元的损失。
The company said that if no countermeasures were taken, its operating profit would face a loss of 233.5 billion yen in the fiscal year ending March 2026.
马自达预计截至2026年3月的财年营业利润为500亿日元，较上一财年大幅下降。
Mazda expects its operating profit for the fiscal year ending March 2026 to be 50 billion yen, a significant decline from the previous fiscal year.
