买车（紧急情况），卖车的疑似是骗子

车主（一对原来住德国，现在已经搬到丹麦去的老夫妇）希望我们去马歌德堡拿车（付钱，手续一次性搞定），然后车直接让我们开回来。问题是当天车子上牌啊，买保险什么的应该怎么解决啊？没有车牌和保险的车子应该上不了路吧？
情况紧急，请朋友们多多帮忙拉 原来住德国，现在已经搬到丹麦去的老夫妇

车子如果本身有拍照的话,就可以开走,然后你去你所在的城市办理Ummelden就行.
当然要注意,如果原车主保的是所有人都可以开这辆车的险(这种情况对于私车很少发生,但是有这种情况),那你放心大胆的开,出了事保险负责的.如果车险是别的种类,那就不包括你,在你签完了买车合同以后,车子出了事就不关保险什么事了,除非车子是车主开的.那你开起来尤其要小心一点.
如果车子处于未上牌照的状态,那除非你办个临时牌照,否则车子开不走.关于临时牌照的办理和保险事宜,坛子里有帖子说的很详细.

你自己去，合同不要，不要原车主去，只要带上Fahrzeugbrief 和 Fahrzeugschein，你的Anmeldung和护照 就行 回复williuml

临时保险，去任何一家保险公司都有。
你最好问清楚卖主，怎么让你开回来，有的卖主会帮你把这个办好，
我买车的时候也是，我卖家帮我搞了个3天的，我也是直接开回来 车牌你也问清楚，不行去你本城Verkersamt另个临时的红牌 鉴于卖家情况可疑 建议好好看看车主身份 是否与卖家一致 先去dekra检测，你出一半的钱，车没问题再说别的 回复 11# 熊猫羊
谢谢提醒，新手买车最怕被骗了说 这情况办个临时牌照和保险比较方便吧不用来回跑了 先把车开回来 再慢慢办

My point is that after i will see this transfer done to your name i will be sure that you will be there and we will go together to the WesternUnion in Magdeburg to take our money back.
Maybe you are worried about the transfer tax that your wife will pay about 140 euro, but because this is my condition, i will give you the money-tax back when we will meet.
One more thing you have to know, there is no need for a bank account. This is a transfer person-to-person which is instant. And my condition is to see you the Beneficiary (Empfänger) of this transfer so i can be sure about your personal presence to the meeting, the coming of a man (Strong Principle of mine).

西联取款全凭一个交易号和收款人姓名，而这个交易号和收款人姓名恰好就在你的汇款单上。复印了汇款单，就等于告诉人家这个号直接取钱。而且西联的汇款速度很快，几分钟之内对方就能把钱取走。 这是老头发我，要我交易的细节。。。难道真是骗子。。。他想干什么啊

汗，写长篇英文email+要用西联的，基本都是骗子。。。买车阿租房阿都会遇到 能想到西联的老太太，一定不寻常哟
