急，paypel汇款一直收不到，我现在该咋办啊？

现在已经四天了，买家也联系不上。
四天前paypel给我发邮件,但现在上我的paypel账上完全没有任何有关这次汇款的的信息，没收到款我也不能寄东西啊。。。另外我是在
ebay kleinanzeige贴的帖子，当时买家（英国的）先提出用paypel支付。我什么也不懂。现在该怎么办啊。我不能等着这钱一辈子吧。东西转给别人又怕到时候钱又到账了。

如果他拍下了你的东西，ebay要交手续费的话，你跟Kundendienst联系一下，说明情况就好了

    没有拍下，因为只是ebay的kleineanzeige....
之后我一直在跟他联系，4封信，一封也没回

    没有，但是我当时就跟他说我没用过paypel卖过东西，想现金交，然后他说他在英国，能不能用paypel支付然后寄过去。。。哎
当时我还在想呢，，，在英国怎么还看德国的ebay kleineanzeige.而且全是用德文回的。。。。

但是现在就是怕万一他不是骗子，过了一周后钱到了怎么办，或者一个月以后，问题是他也不回信，一般来说买家应该更注意一些吧？不过听说paypel都是2-3天到吗？
现在的问题是为什么paypel还给我发信了，我没收到。
我觉得这钱要是在路上的话至少paypel会有个什么显示吧。。。我进入我的paypel里面只有上次在ebay买东西的记录

    是，问题是他一个也没给俺回。。。一般paypel最长多久才能汇到。。。

很好办呀。
1. 钱不到一定不要发货。
2. 如果不想等了，就给对方发信。并且要明确写明，如果对方在3天内不答复，就自动取消交易。
3. 如果真是那天钱到了，你在给他退回去就是了，并且再次告诉他，你那天给他发信了，说明了，取消交易，在规定期限内他没有答复，就被视为交易取消了。
去google找个模板写，那样比较严谨。

主要我一点网卖的经验的都没，幸亏当时先在帖子上问了一下，不然先在就亏大了~
